CHICAGO, IL. -- At the American Academy of Implant Dentistry’s 2008 Annual Meeting in

of the Academy. As one of 282 dentists who hold this distinguished membership,
Dr. Schwartz, DDS is one of the leading experts in implant care. Dr. Schwartz maintains a
dental practice at 787 W. Lumsden Rd.
To qualify for Fellowship, Dr. Schwartz completed more than 400 hours of

advanced knowledge of dental implants, and his commitment to excellence in implant
dental practice and to the Academy’s standards for ethics and patient welfare.
