I have to give this establishment a 5 out of 5! The office is welcoming and clean! The staff is very pleasant and professional! I went to Dr. Raffoul for a tooth extraction, which had me nervous at first but the Dr is confident and humorous, explained the procedure and did a great job! His assistant Elaine was great, she was also humorous and knowledgeable, seemed to be very into the job, was quick and prepared, definitely helped speed up the procedure. P.S. Writing this the night after the extraction and I feel like new.

I have been a patient of Dr Schwartz for 20+ years and have never had a better dentist. His dentistry services are the "best" and I never had a desire to allow any other dentist to provide me with any services, especially if I never met them. I must say I was totally impress with the new Dr Raffoul. I met him and instantly felt comfortable; He was very professional, excellent personal skills and passionate about his work. The work he performed (reconstructed a root canal and cap on a tooth) was exceptional. All of it accomplished in 2 hours. When the numbness wore off I had no pain or soreness. I couldn't have ask for anything better. His work was truly impressive! I definitely rate his work a 5+.e.

I have been a patient here for a few years now. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. The office is comfortable and welcoming. The quality of work is spot on. ( never had a complaint) The real draw for me is the staff. The dental assistant, Nick is a real nice guy that is extremely good at his job, and always helps me feel comfortable and informed. My hygienist, Elena, keeps me in line, but is not judgmental. I always look forward to seeing her as she is very kind. I have worked with both Dr. Schwartz and Dr. Raffoul. Both of them are masters at their craft, and have all my confidence. When I come in for an appointment, I feel like I am visiting family.

All of the crew from the front desk, and throughout were wonderful. Very professional staff who put you at ease, very knowledgeable explaining everything, and beautiful up to date environment. Went here for my first time last week. Needed a cleaning done and considering Invisalign. Dr. Office was very clean and staff was friendly. They did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Raffoul came in to check up on the cleaning. He was very professional and helpful about maintaining my teeth. Will be using them for my future dentist needs.

My experience was amazing, I had a filling done on a molar and six veneer preps done on my front teeth today, Dr Schwartz as always gave me the appropriate care and went above and beyond on what I was expecting. Brenda one of the assistants exceded my expectations, I even fell asleep on the chair while they were working on me. BEST DENTAL OFFICE EVER. Thank you guys.

Dr. Raffoul and Brenda were absolutely awesome. They made me feel very comfortable while fixing my broken tooth and I didn't feel a thing. I recommend them to anyone in the Tampa Bay area who values quality dental work.

Friendly and very great atmosphere. Its impossible to feel comfortable at a dentist office, but these guys bend over backwards to make it a reality!!

I am a new patient. My initial appointment was a 5 star! Everyone is very friendly and extremely informative. Met with Dr. Schwartz and my dental hygenist, Elena, to discuss my dental and medical history in a private, lovely setting. Practice is modern, tastefully decorated and full of knowledgeable, friendly staff. Elena was the most thorough hygenist I have ever had. She was beyond sensitive, friendly, and experienced in taking care of her patient!

I was looking for a second opinion regarding extensive dental work and came across an ad in the local Observer. During the initial consultation I knew he and his staff really love what they do. They're very caring and professional and treat you like family. I never looked back, now my entire family goes here and we're happy!!
