Dr. Lee Silverstein
Dr. Lee Silverstein, originally from Augusta, Georgia, has dedicated over 35 years to practicing periodontics and higher education. He held a significant role as Associate Clinical Professor of Periodontics at The Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University, where he shared his deep knowledge and expertise in Periodontal Plastic Surgery, Dental Implantology, Hard and Soft Tissue Regenerative Surgical Techniques, and Oral Medicine.
Dr. Silverstein has earned national and international acclaim as a speaker and educator in the dental community. His commitment to advancing dental education is evident through his involvement in founding Advanced Dental Educational Seminars and authoring over 160 scientific articles and four highly acclaimed, peer-reviewed dental surgery textbooks.
Outside the dental office and lecture halls, Dr. Silverstein is affectionately known as Coach Lee while leading the KSU OWLS Division II Men’s Lacrosse team and Captain Dr. Lee in the USCG. At home, he is simply Dad to his four children.
