After a very frustrating and confusing situation with another provider, where I was incorrectly told… More I needed a root canal and my insurance was fully used, I came here to Family Implant and Cosmetic Dentist looking for answers and honesty. What I received was exactly that. Dr. Fadi Raffoul took the time to properly evaluate my tooth and explained that it was unfortunately beyond saving due to a long-standing infection.
Although it was difficult to accept that I had to lose my tooth after trying for over a year to fix it, the care and compassion I received made all the difference. The staff was incredibly kind, gentle, and supportive throughout the entire process. They made me feel comfortable, respected, and truly cared for during a stressful moment.

Our office is located in the same plaza as O'Brien's Irish Pub & Grill at the intersection of West Lumsden Road & Kings Avenue. We’re open for appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. We stay open until 5:30pm most days to make dental care easy for patients who are busy with work and school. At our office we speak English, Spanish, and Arabic so that we can provide treatment to a wider range of patients.
Our Dental Lakeland office, located at 6419 Florida Ave S. Suite 105 Lakeland, FL 33813, offers a range of dental services, including cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and general dentistry.
