  Felt l needed to post an update. The dentures they … More have delivered are great. They have required adjustments to the lower denture partially because of previous non-fitting appliances l had in the past which we had discussed from the beginning.
  The staff have been do nice and understanding with the small tweaks and adjustments to alleviate sore spots. This lady time I was SO happy because I finally had my smile back and was speaking so much better. Later in the day I had developed a new sore area which might resolve itself but I called to set an appointment just in case do that I wouldn't have to schedule something as an emergency. That's when for the very first time I was told that any more adjustments l would be charged extra for.
  Exactly how many adjustments are allowed for the money I was quoted really should have been discussed at the time of the quote. I was very clear from the beginning that the problems I had for the past 16 months (one dentist sold the practice during the time I was waiting for my dentures to be delivered) would make my case difficult and if they had quoted more money because of this I was okay with it. Now I'm feeling a little blindsided by this and afraid to move forward and wondering if I can just deal with pain depending on how much money they are going to charge which no one has discussed with me.
  The doctors and technicians are talented and present compassion but it is still a business so get everything in writing down to the minute details.

  Look no further, this is the dentist you're looking for. I, like many, hadn't been to the dentist for years due to embarrassment and fear (12+ Years to be exact). I finally decided to go, expecting to be scolded like a child for … More neglecting my teeth for so long (not that this would have been unfair of them) but that didn't happen at all. They were incredibly supportive, understand, and just glad that I was taking steps to improve not only my smile, but my health. A day after going for my first checkup in 12 years, I went back for a ~2hour cleaning. I can't put into words how considerate, and nice the young lady was who cleaned my teeth. She would pause 1000 times if I needed her to, although it wasn't necessary. Fast forward a couple weeks due to scheduling on my end and I got my bottom 2 wisdom teeth as well as two cavities in the top of my mouth removed and used IV anesthesia for the first time. I was a little intimidated, but can report back that the process in all only took an hour and a half, and I didn't feel any pain at all during the process.
  I CANNOT stress enough, if you're in the area, stop waiting, don't be scared. Make the appropriate steps to fix your smile today, the 4.9 star reviews this place has is definitely for a reason. This if the first review I've taken the time to type on google, but the crew here deserves all the credit.

The girl who came in and took my x-rays was sweet and funny and made a potentially awkward situation pleasant. Dr. Raffoul spent a lot of time with me, which I really appreciate. He was not one of those in and out doctors that you barely get to speak to. He answered every question I had and explained thoroughly all my options. I never once felt judged, rushed, or pushed into anything. Becca went over my treatment plan with me and all the options. She was super patient and very friendly.

  I don’t know where to begin with my amazing experience(s) at Family, Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry! I moved so many times the past few years and I seriously neglected my teeth. I showed up at their office last month and they were so … More open and honest with me about what needed to be done. They didn’t try to “up sell” anything to me that I didn’t need, which was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by literally everyone, I felt like I’d been going there my whole life. I needed to get a ton of work done and I was in full on panic mode. They did everything they possibly could and more to make sure I was as comfortable as possible every step of the way. Becca was so great helping me take care of everything (especially having to deal with my Dad and his short temper). Dianne was so informative when she did my cleaning. She even called me the night before around 7:30pm which was definitely after hours just to introduce herself and tell me she can’t wait to meet me which was really appreciated. Mel was so amazing with my crowns. She was not only extremely friendly but she was also extremely good at what she does. Last but definitely not least, Dr. Raffoul was the best. He’s such a good guy and he wants nothing but the best for his patients. Overall I wish I could give 10 stars.
